Vivek is a very professional, straight to point and diligent agent. Should say one of very few I've met in the 6 months I've been looking to purchase a property. In one of the earlier inspections, I happened to get in touch with Vivek. His advise in general on what and how to look for properties as a First home buyer, did change the perspective I've looked at things. It was good I eventually happened to purchase a property which he was dealing with. As every case would be different and would have it's own complexities - especially when the property is currently under a tenancy contract, like was mine. He was pretty helpful through out the process (From signing the contract to the settlement Date) in liaising with various parties and keeping me posted. He did go out of his way to help me know whats involved in each stage (with the loans, solicitors etc;) and what I should be doing as a purchaser.
