We've dealt with Vivek and his team last year when we decided to rent out our townhouse, which just recently was followed by a sale. In both instances Vivek been helping us from beginning till the end of the process. Friendly, polite manner, highly professional and knows industry very well. If one is sceptical about dealing with agents, with Vivek it is different as he quickly makes you feel that he acts in your interest first, not his own. And he really did with us. Vivek has explained all the process and was always available for questions whenever we needed him, just a call away. We needed someone who will take full ownership of the job, and Vivek made us to sit back and simply watch how our goals were getting closer.
