Dear Vivek Thanks you for all your work in bringing about such a successful result. The advertising and marketing material was great and I appreciate the personal time you put into distributing flyers around the Westmead area, and following up the 50+ people who attended the open-for-inspections. I’m not sure how many bidders there were at auction but, thanks to your efforts (including the buyer meetings), there were certainly a sufficient number to build up momentum and, in the end, two very serious buyers who bid beyond my expectations.
