Vivi started the process by cold calling and made a huge impression, she was eager, extremely willing and particularly helpful with the information she provided right from the outset. I telephoned her months later and she went out of her way to see me straight away. Communication and professionalism was very evident as was her willingness to go beyond what a normal real estate agents duties are ie assisted with my garage sale, provided list of tradies I required, bought me boxes in order to facilitate me continuing to pack to meet time deadlines, removed vertical blinds and removed them. Facilitated meetings when required to clarify any issues without hesitation. Kept me fully informed each and every step of the way. A polite and courteous agent who respects other individuals wishes and works to meet desired outcomes. I couldn’t recommend a better person for this role - you can’t go wrong by engaging Vivi.
