It was excellent excellent experience. Vivian was great to deal with. Our local friends were very impressed by her team hardwork and professionalism. Especially the auction result with only 4 weeks. We will recommend her and her team to all our friends and family.

Good service and great neighbour. We have a dream home. Thank you Vivian, Tony and Brittany.

They are friendly, professional and local expert. We are satisfied.

I have interviewed a few agents in the area. Vivian is really and always patient and listening to my needs. Even though market is tough, she isn’t pushy and took any offer for me. I really appreciate her and her team’s hard work.

We have been to a few opens from Team Vivian and they have recommend this property to us. Thank you we are happy.

Vivian has helped me sold a few properties in the last few years. Every time they work very hard and late. Lots of calls and opens. We are very happy with the result. We also recommend our daughter’s friend who sold their property with Vivian recently as well. Keep up the good work Team Vivian and we will recommend for all my family and friends.

They are very professional and local expert. A lot of my friends recommend Team Vivian to us. We have bought first and the time is really tight for us to sell. They made it smooth and not too stressful. They have prepared everything for us. We have bought a little more expensive although we like the property. They did the same negotiation effort with our buyer for helping us to sell for us. Market is tough but they were able to get what we want.

Thanks for their follow-up and we have bought a home in a good time. Although it takes a little while with negotiations, we feel fair and Team Vivian is good to deal with. We recommend others buying from them.

We had great experience with Team Vivian. We have found our dream home. We really appreciate their help with follow up and efforts.
