They are very professional and local expert. A lot of my friends recommend Team Vivian to us. We have bought first and the time is really tight for us to sell. They made it smooth and not too stressful. They have prepared everything for us. We have bought a little more expensive although we like the property. They did the same negotiation effort with our buyer for helping us to sell for us. Market is tough but they were able to get what we want.

Terrible service provided by Vivian. She promised the world and under delivered in a big way. After the initial meeting which was all positive all we got after that was negative. Late night calls. Text messages nearing midnight. Wasn’t at any of our open inspections, poor communications after our opens, No advice on the day to get a better result for us. Just a really poor service by her and we just felt she really did not care about the result or the process. She made a stressful time a lot more stressful than it had to be. Dishonest. After all that, once sale settlement went through she had the audacity to ring my partner and proceed to ramble in many different ways that the people who bought our house think they paid to much, that all interested buyers thought it went for to much. Not only is this irrelevant at this point. It’s just lies as we know our house sold for way unders, a lot less than she promised us and she did not post the price online knowing it’s unders. Those lies and disrespectful phone call was the icing on the cake for a shocking experience.
