Our first interaction with Viviane was more to accommodate us after the inspection time for a property we wanted to have a look at. Viviance could have told us to come for the next inspection but she rather made time to meet us in the afternoon to show us. She was in touch through out the many inspections to find out our interest levels. Although we were budgeted she did not leave us put of the whole equation. She was available in the whole process to answer every question and at no point was she inaccessible and sometimes it meant we were speaking very late in the day. She kept her doors open even if it was late. I think what makes her different is that she works with you throughout the process.
