With the appalling state of the real estate industry in Sydney and the Illawarra, I could not be happier to finally find an agent that was honest, upfront and never once changed their tune or the goal posts. Vivienne, from the get-go, laid down the rules and expectations of the sale and was more than helpful and completely transparent with any questions we had towards the property and process. After a 3 year journey of trying to secure our first-home, I'm glad that we achieved this through Vivienne.
