Having bought and sold over a dozen times in the past 10 years, Ive had a range of experiences. Some were bad, one was terrible and most are reasonably good. Wade has been the most impressive as a total experience by a good margin for a number of reasons. He was outcome focused. He wasn't focused on self inflation and obsessed with winning my business but simply invested in the relationship by offering outstanding advice BEFORE I had signed with him. Wade is a true professional. He advice is ethical and he does not blur the truth as he understands trust is vital and he is very proactive about promoting positive elements of the house and matching those with the needs of the buyer. I have known Wade for several years and whilst an international job offer prevented my first purchase off him, as soon as it came to sell I interviewed a number of agents and he was the clear choice.
