Wade was consistently proactive and helpful from the very first inspection, all the way through to settlement. There were a few setbacks (with a mortgage broker) in order to get the property unconditional that were entirely out of Wade's control, and it's fair to say that without Wade's professional and efficient correspondence with the sellers; the sale more than likely would have fallen through.
