We were running a bit late to the inspection and the guys were able to wait for us. As a result we ended up settling on a place two doors up which ended up a bonus for everyone.

Some aspects about the property were not explained to me clearly. The fact that I was out of town at the time and had to communicate via phone did not help. After confirmation of finance, I felt there was less enthusiasm to please us and convey our requests to the buyer.

We can’t fault Wade’s expertise in negotiation. It was invaluable during the sale of our home. All round he was just a top bloke. He communicated well between both parties and was regularly in contact with us which made the process much less stressful.

Real estate agents are supposed to help, bought house online wasnt told any bad things about it at all, very surprised when seen house and not in a good way, walked in screamed my husband heard me walked in and said selling in 12months pictures very deceiving.

I have experience selling several houses in Melbourne and Sydney. This kind of service may be acceptable in Brisbane, but for me, it's very poor service and not professional at all.

Was not comfortable with buying at Auction. Not an experience I would want again as a seller or buyer.
