Wade helped the reviewer buy this property

Excellent!

Trying to buy our first home in this market was daunting, but we had a wonderful experience with Wade and his team, who made the entire process a lot easier to navigate. He was always happy to answer our questions and we appreciated his real-world knowledge and approach to the industry. It’s definitely one of the main reasons we kept coming back to the house we eventually bought. His communication was always timely - we never had an issue getting in touch with him. He worked very hard to make sure both sellers and buyers walked away happy, and we are very happy with our home. Thank you Wade!
