We bought a property Wally listed and found he was approachable and easy to talk to face to face. However, as with most real estate agents their loyalty is to the client (the vendor selling the house) and we did feel at times, there were things with the property that were not adequately addressed or compensated. Emailing wise, a few documentations were not as promptly confirmed or replied as we had hoped for. Overall, Wally is a decent real estate agent.

Wally was very good at communicating with us with all aspects of the sale. He always phoned after each open inspection to let us know how the property viewing was going. He was accurate with the valuation of the property. It was a hassle free sale.

Wally was very supportive throughout what has been a challenging sale process (due to separation). His knowledge and communications skills are excellent and he always took time to call me to let me know how things were going when preparing for the sale, to give me feedback after each visit, etc. Wally was also very diligent in his approach to finalise the sale, and even though it was getting difficult towards the end, he didn't try to rush me to accept an offer and tried his hardest to get the best offer.
