I had my unit listed with 3 local agents, 2 of them quoted a much higher price which they could not achieve.I believe some agents quote prices they can't achieve just to get the listing and then try to talk you down saying the market has changed. Walter came within $7,000 of the price he quoted and so after 3 months of waiting for the other agents I accepted Walter's offer and the deal was done. I should have listened to Walter from the start.

I have great pleasure writing a review for Walter. From first contact several months prior to our being ready to sell the property, to final sale, I was impressed with Walter's, knowledge, ethics, advice, persistence, communication and negotiation skills. It was a pleasure to find a salesperson who placed the client's interest first and the sale secondary. Rather than push for a quick sale, Walter counselled us as to why it would be good to take our time and wait for the market. Walter also gave very good counsel when advising the best method of sale, for what was a potential development property. As no stage did Walter pressure us in to doing anything, however I knew he was being diligent with following up contacts and working for a result. His negotiating skills with the final purchaser were outstanding, as attested to by the final sale price, which was several hundred thousand over the initial offer made to me personally. I would have absolutely no hesitaion in recommending Walter as agent for personal real estate needs, through to the highest level of business and property development requirements.

I had already chosen an agent but walked into Argy simply because I bought the villa from them 29 years prior and thought I should at least hear their pitch. The young chap (Bart), said he was committed to helping me find the place I was to move too and I gave him a list of areas that I liked. That next Saturday we both went out and we found a villa that was perfect, actually it was the first one we looked at. That said to me that he listened to me, and didn’t just see me as a commission.
