Whether by design or by accident? Walter pitched to us the thousands we would save on stamp duty being a new build and first home buyers. We used his figures to confirm savings with other sources. After contract and on settlement, lawyer said other wise. Had to front up with $60.000 more. Walter was aghast, said he would follow it up. No follow up, no apology and no appearance even on settlement! Agent with his experience???
