Wally Summons handled the entire sale process of my property with a high degree of competence and professionalism. His advice regarding renovation and stylistic decorating was measured and appropriate. Hi, Wally Summons and Charmayne Dulley worked very hard to sell my stratum apartment in Toorak. The increased deposit that banks require on stratum apartments was an impediment for first home buyers. The follow up on people who had inspected the apartment was amazing. Even on the day of auction phoning potential buyers who said they would be attending and delaying auction for. few minutes until they arrived.
