Good advice through the whole process

Wally Summons handled the entire sale process of my property with a high degree of competence and professionalism. His advice regarding renovation and stylistic decorating was measured and appropriate. I should also mention his colleague Charmayne Dulley provided invaluable collateral support to the campaign, and her input is acknowledged. On the day of the auction Wally and Charmayne worked as an impressive team, and Wally showed excellent people skills during the negotiations with the eventual buyer.

We have had a long relationship with Wally. We first met him through his farther Andrew and kept in touch for may years. We have always valued Wally as a real estate agent as he is honest, upfront and very easy to work with. We have had many real estate agents in through the years on the premise they will assist us making some key decisions in the renovation of our home.
