I could not fault the service I got from Walter and his team from the first day I asked for a proposal through to the sale of the property. The service was prompt, the advice I was given was excellent and I was impressed with the way I was kept informed throughout. I took some convincing to sell shortly before Auction, but with the benefit of hindsight Walter's advice helped get a very strong price in a very unpredictable market. I highly recommend Walter and his Belle Property team to other Vendors.

Walter Summons was great to deal with. His advice right from the start was extremely helpful, and he kept us informed all the way through right from the time we had the photos and videos done through to the lead up to the auction with info about about potential buyers. Prior to auction he advised us in detail about all possible scenarios on auction day and what we could expect, and then managed to move the bidding along on the day to a sale. At all times we felt fully involved.
