Walter helped the reviewer sell this property

Hi, Wally Summons and Charmayne Dulley...

Hi, Wally Summons and Charmayne Dulley worked very hard to sell my stratum apartment in Toorak. The increased deposit that banks require on stratum apartments was an impediment for first home buyers. The follow up on people who had inspected the apartment was amazing. Even on the day of auction phoning potential buyers who said they would be attending and delaying auction for. few minutes until they arrived. Phone calls to me after every OFI providing feedback on attendees exceeded my expectation. Good luck to Wally and Charmayne in the future. Regards Penny
