Warren is a great agent and we enjoyed dealing with him so much we chose to have him sell our property as well. His communication was fantastic and we particularly enjoyed that he was very direct and efficient in both price negotiations. He was efficient, helpful and highly professional while still being underatanding and personable. That said, while Warren himself was amazing, Coronis was frustrating to work with. The concept of their business model is sound and has the potential but we found the execution to come across as more of a constant up-sell than actually suportive. Perhaps this was just how we experienced things though, others may not feel the same. This is in absolutely no way reflective of Warren himself though. We are grateful to have worked with him and would definitely seek him out in future.
