Warren helped us sell our family home on Sunshine Coast acerage after we relocated to Capricorn Coast for work. It was still being renovated while it was on the market. I Warren was super helpful right from the beginning. As with lots of things paperwork he guided me through and was very easy to talk to about the property and certain conditions. Also going as far as keeping the pool maintained and also the grass mowed before settlement which was just awesome!
