Wendy and Warren work extremely well as a team. Both have excellent local market knowledge and have essential BC contacts to ensure settlement proceeds smoothly. Wendy is very understanding and works relentlessly to give both the seller and purchaser a way to move forward. This persuasiveness and persistency, although understated, was proven to be very effective. I have enjoyed this purchase and no doubt there will be others in future. I would be very comfortable to have Warren and Wendy as my agents.

Once again we have been blown away with the excellent way our house sale was handled. This is about the fourth time we have dealt with Warren and Wendy with buying and selling our properties. Won’t use anyone else. They are just fantastic.

The marketing and photography which Warren organised for our sale could have been better, it took a couple of attempts to get images which were acceptable and the writeup was uninspiring. Overall, we were most disappointed with Warrens communication style. He often changed his approach on strategy and the rationale he used was usually contradictory to previous discussions we’d had. On a number of occasions we felt that he was trying to browbeat us into doing what he wanted, including using different contracts than we had instructed him to use.

When we decided to sell our house, we applied to following criteria to select an agent: Reputation and Local Knowledge. This was leading us to Wendy and Warren Hickey and our first meeting confirmed that we had made the right decision; Wendy and Warren fully understood our motivation to sell and explained various marketing strategies to achieve the best result possible. We obviously expected that the selling process will take some time as we were not in a hurry to sell at any price but for the price we had in mind. Due to the excellent network of Wendy and Warren, our house was sold within a short period of time to an Interstate family at the right price. Wendy and Warren are not only very competent pros in their business, they are excellent communicators, display a friendly attitude and were very helpful in dealing with lawyers in the process. In short, they provided an complete service package which made the selling process a very smooth one with the best outcome for the seller. We rate them 10/10.
