When I worked for a large multinational company, the conventional wisdom was that if you wanted a project successfully managed, you should give it to the busiest person in the room. It works the same in real estate. If you want your project managed successfully assign the work to the Hickey Team. They sell more property than anyone in the area and are in contact with more buyers. That means more buyers looking for property like yours. Be prepared for a lot of traffic when your property hits the market. Selling your property is obviously an important project, so choose your agent wisely. Warren and Wendy know the market, but more importantly, they know your market and know who your prospective buyers are. You won’t be disappointed.
