We were looking to purchase a different block that was for sale through another agent and it was going nowhere so we decided to forget it and was disappointed. We drove to the section and the blocks were just released back on the market and so we called up strait away and got to speak to Warren. He invited us to the office and then took us back to the blocks and we were able to do the deal there and then and we negotiated the price and it was done. The only thing that was disappointing was he said he was able to get me a couple of games of golf and that never happened. The block is great and the house is nearly finished.
