We purchased our land from Warren & Wendy 3 years ago and planned to build a custom designed home. Warren & Wendy sat down with us for coffee to review our plans from a resale perspective. We were impressed that did this out of the kindness of their hearts, not for any short-term benefits to them. We had a few challenges with building, and we did have a conversation with them about the potential of selling. Soon after, they brought us an offer we couldn’t refuse. We have the upmost respect for Warren & Wendy and we wish you success in the future.

Wow. I didn't know it was that long ago that you purchased it. While I would have liked to see the house built, I think you made the right decision for the family now. Plus you have all the time in the world to buy something in Rosebank and knock it down. Lol. Thank you for being such awesome clients.
