Being the 9th house that we have purchased, gives us some experience from a buyers point of view. Our initial reactions were that this bloke wasn’t a salesman, we were accustomed to the heavy handed, punchy Real Estate Agent (which we hate), it was so refreshing to find someone that you could talk to, ask questions, and believe every answer you got.
