Gentle Giant conquers difficult site

Warren is a gentleman with gentle persuasion. His non-pushy approach was a plus and his gentle guidance in what to do was invaluable without being demeaning. Persistence paid off and we are pleased to have stuck with Warren even though we were plagued by other agents to join them. Certainly we would use Warren again when the need arises.
