I would like to share my personal experience of engaging Warren and the Team at Noel Jones Croydon for the recent sale of my home in North Croydon. Warren first met with us when we were considering our sale and how to go about obtaining the best result for our pending sale. Warren always gave us his time and shared endless advise and experience on out best avenue to achieve our best outcome, and importantly always respected what was important to us about our home. We were ecstatic with our result, with our home sold above our expectation in just 2 weeks. I met Warren at few opens prior to the open for the house that we ended up buying. He would provide all the information about the property and is very aware of the market, the suburb in which the property is and pretty much everything one would want to find out about the property in question.
