Having decided to move to a retirement village, I approached Noel Jones RE early in May 2016. Laura Geddes listened to my plans and offered to provide information on appropriate villages and the process of selling my unit. I found my own unit in a lovely village and was just about to contact Laura when she phoned to say she had lots of information for me. She arranged for Warren Paas, her associate, and her to visit to inspect my unit and having discussed options and expected outcomes, I was happy to formalise the sales process. They both gave me valuable advice as to the presentation preparation for the best outcome and we agreed on the timing, advertising, price range and sales campaign. Warren delivered on his promise. He got me the price I wanted (using fantastic negotiating skills), sold my house within two weeks and was great communicating with me in all aspects of the sale. I found Warren to be very honest, courteous and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my friends or family if they were selling their house. We approached four agents to market and sell our investment property. For different reasons, we weren't happy with any of them. We were given Warren and Laura's details and the rest is history. From the outset Warren was realistic with his valuation, as opposed to three of the other agent's attempts to get an easy sale by low balling us or to get massive incentive based commissions based on the same cheekily low valuation. Warren impressed us by giving us the time, being flexible and working hard to make our tight timeframe work. We were fortunate to have great interest in our property, this being a combination of our work and of Warren's. Having both brought and sold with Warren I can say that both have been a great experience. But having just sold our house in the last week with Warren and Laura we can honestly say the experience has been nothing but fantastic. Warren worked so hard to ensure we got the best price for our house. Nothing was ever too much trouble right from the moment we started our campaign with him.
