I rang Warren a few times to get more advice and he came round to see what I was doing and guided me with what would be best for the property. Arranged photo shoot very quickly and it was fabulous. Well worth having it done.Sent me a message and told me when it went live on Thursday night and had open home that Saturday morning with great feedback and another one the week after and then he was sold. I would have no hesitation in recommending Warren to anybody that is looking for someone very honest and realistic to sell their home with him.

Awesome local knowledge

Warren was considerate and unobtrusive. He always answered our queries and visited the property on a number of occasions to clarify building details. Both Warren and Julie were helpful in contacting Council officers as regards the property boundaries and septic system. They also delivered paperwork to us rather than posting it.
