Where do I start? Warren knows the Bellingen real estate market like the back of his hand. Right from the get go he knew who was looking for a home like mine, how to price it for a seamless sale and what attributes would sell it. Once I had made my decision, he was extremely efficient in getting the photographers lined up and before I knew it we were having open house. My home sold for what I asked for it within a month. Throughout he communicated what was happening with prospective buyers and what advised on things I needed to consider when at the end I had two completing offers.
