Warren Weick truly is an exceptional real estate agent, and we can't speak highly enough of our experience with him. Buying our first piece of land was a bit overwhelming, but Warren was there for us every step of the way, patiently answering all our questions. His dedication went above and beyond, making sure we secured the land we had always dreamed of. For anyone in the Bellingen area considering buying, selling, or renting, we wholeheartedly recommend Warren and his fantastic team. We're genuinely thrilled and grateful. Thank you, Warren, Julie, and Amy. Warm regards, Jenna & Tamara.

Warren was always accessible and friendly and knowledgeable about the local market. He’s a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars!

I highly recommend Warren to anyone wanting to sell their property His knowledge of the area is spot on He communicated with us the whole time with everything that was happening with our sale. Warren and his team are very professional and i would use him again when the time comes.

I’d been looking for some years for a home to suit me. Saw hundreds. Warren knew just what I needed. Thank you Warren

From the first moment of meeting Warren and Julie, it was like meeting friends. Warren was keen to sell our property. He did everything possible that needed to be done. Julie was great with arranging photos. There was a bit of a hick up prior to the sale but Warren helped us see it through. He always phoned us with a weekly report on house inspections and interested parties. He could not have done more, we would highly recommend Warren and Julie.

Warren really went the extra mile to make sure we were as well informed as possible before our purchase. Always happy and ready to take a call, he was a great presence to have through our buying journey. It was a pleasure to interact with Warren and he was transparent and straightforward.

Warren displayed an outstanding effort in organizing the sale of my home in Bellingen. He initially providing realistic and practical advice in pitching the property at the market price, using his deep knowledge of the housing market in Bellingen, giving ideas for presenting the house for sale and organizing the solutions to some of the small issues along the way. Warren was always cheerful and helpful when it came to organizing meeting potential buyers and meeting them on site at a time which was convenient to them. He went above and beyond in helping organizing building and pest reports and certificates from Council if the potential buyers requested them. The entire process could have been a lot more stressful and hard work without the genuine and warm personal touch provided by Warren and his integrity in his work. Over a cup of tea and a snack or lunch, Warren provided me with useful feedback and ideas as we worked out the best way forward together. His hard work is truly appreciated and I recommend him to any person intending on selling (or buying) a house in the Bellingen Shire or surrounds.

Warren was absolutely fantastic through the whole process of buying our dream home. From our first viewing of the property all the way up to settlement, Warren looked after us. We were always met with authenticity, honesty and a warm smile. We never felt rushed, pressured or under the pump; Warren helped make the whole experience seamless and easy. We would recommend Warren to anyone; he is sure to help you find and buy your dream home, just like he did for us.

Warren was always there during the whole process of sale willing to go the extra mile to make sure all questions about the property were answered. Very happy to be back in beautiful Bellingen.

Warren and Julie are the best team! Friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. We felt completely at ease and 'in the loop' at all times. I guess when you've built up a reputation for so many years, as they have, it's natural to want to protect it and in my book, that makes them trustworthy. Local knowledge counts for a lot, as well as local history of flooding/termites etc as well as knowledge of local tradespeople who can be relied on to improve/fix up, whatever! Thanks Warren and Julie, you're a mine of information! I also appreciated that you always got back to us promptly and were available to listen and advise when we needed it. If you're thinking of buying or selling, you couldn't find a better agent. They showed the highest integrity and worked with the best interests of of both us and our buyer.

Warren Weick, from the start, was the consummate professional who went above and beyond to help me secure my first home. He always had time to talk and and was consistent in his professionalism always putting me at ease. He followed through with any enquiry I had for the vendor and was timely with his responses. He has made settling in this new environment of Bellingen comfortable, and welcoming with his exceptional local knowledge and warm, authentic manner. I thoroughly recommend using Warren Weick real estate and will do so again.

I want to start by saying that Warren, Amy, & Julie are an amazing family team! Once we decided to put our property on the market, our decision to go with Warren was a no-brainer! Even before we had made the decision to list our property, Warren was already willing to pass on buyers that would have had no benefit (as such) to him, yet being the decent, caring, genuine person he is, he wanted to help our family in any way he could. Throughout the whole process, Warren and team were attentive, but never pushy, easily contactable when needed, honest, fair, and overall so easy to deal with on every level. It was clear that although he wanted the best outcome for us, the purchaser was also given great consideration, and a perfect balance found to ensure we were both happy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and Warren, if I could give you 6 stars, I would!
