He stayed with us for over an hour to look, called local tradies to help and ended up driving us to the station to get home, all with a smile and a laugh. I lived in Sydney and put in an offer sight unseen, I felt extremely comfortable dealing with Warren, He was always professional, personable and nothing was too much trouble for him. If I sent him an email, and he was not in the office, he would ring me of a night to discuss.
