Great communication

I'm really happy with the result Warwick helped us get for our property. His communication after each open for inspection was thorough and honest (which is what he promised); he gave us the good with the not-so-good. His advice helped us work out the best strategy for getting a result that I'm more than happy with. On top of that, Warwick negotiated well with the tenants to make sure they were onboard throughout the process. My concern was that they not feel too inconvenienced and he worked flexibily to find a solution that worked for both the tenants and us. Thanks again Warwick!
