Warwick helped the reviewer buy this property

A very pleasant person to deal with

My husband and I recently bought an apartment in Melbourne through Warwick Beattie at Jellis Craig. Warwick was very easy, good humoured, informative and pleasant to deal with. Buying an apartment is not something that we are used to doing! Nor were we familiar with the ins and outs of the (very complicated) systems in Melbourne. Warwick took some time to explain all these to us. He also managed what was quite a complicated situation relating to a pre-auction bid very delicately and thoughtfully. It is clear that these situations can generate some complexity and heat, but Warwick negotiated these difficulties very well. He came across as dedicated to doing his job well and with integrity and good humour. We would both happily recommend him.
