After some very ordinary marketing and few results with a previous agent, Warwick was a welcome change with his pleasant and friendly approach, finance industry background and professional marketing ability. For the short time he was engaged we had many genuine buyers approach us with offers. Warwick was very courteous from day one and would do anything, above and beyond his duties an agent. I am from Sydney and Warwick made me feel very comfortable and pleasant to fly up and inspect the block and even spent the day with me at his own expense to show me around.
