Waseem is a kind and approachable agent who made the process feel comfortable. He was always friendly and easy to talk to whenever we connected. However, I did find that I often had to follow up myself rather than hearing from him proactively. A bit more initiative on his end — sending updates, flagging new listings, or checking in regularly — would have made the experience much smoother.
