Wayne Baker from Ray White in Geelong sold our home to us. He ensured that that our experience on the day of the auction was comfortable and enjoyable, and stepped us clearly through all the paperwork. He is personable and was genuinely thrilled that we were so happy. His service on the day of the auction all the way until after settlement was excellent, above what I would have normally expected. We could rely on him as a key contact point between outrselves and the vendor to negotiate terms of settlement, which we made more challenging as we changed our request several times. Post settlment we very much appreciated him resolving an outstanding matter for us that wasn't his responsibility, quickly and without fuss.
