Adrian Primus & Nicole Battyfeedback on Wayne Baker

Our experience dealing with Wayne was a pleasant one. We put in a reasonable offer on the property and Wayne came back with a reasonable counter offer and the deal was wrapped up fairly quickly without any selling agent bullsh!t that I have experienced when purchasing other properties.
