Wayne was incredibly persistent and tenacious with the sale of my property. He worked very hard up to an auction. He gathered a lot of interest but the property didn't sell. After that he continued to work hard and got a contract at a great price ( better than I was expecting). That contract unfortunately crashed. He never gave up. He continued to work at it and found another buyer at the same contract price. I expected he would have given up the ghost, but luckily for me he didn't.
