Wayne helped the reviewer sell this property

Wayne was dedicated to our needs and kept us informed of progress daily.

Wayne has a good knowledge of sales in our area which he passed on to us continually. He also clearly explained the procedure of selling our property as well as what costs we would incur and we had no surprises later on. Wayne negotiated with us and the buyers in a professional manner taking into account the needs of the seller as well as the buyer! We are very happy with our dealings with Wayne and would recommend him to anyone looking for an Agent.
