Very professional and always kept us informed

Just disappointed that our BC information was incorrect which we feel affected our sale. Disclosure said $390k when we actually had $1.5m this should have been picked up early not 5 mths into the marketing.

Hi guys Thanks for the review. For reference, whilst acknowledging that it was frustrating for everyone that the information was incorrect, the sellers disclosure statement was prepared via your solicitors with information sourced directly via the body corp management company. As a seller you also signed the documentation through your solicitor as an acknowledgement that the information outlined within the sellers disclosure was correct, which is done prior to the information being sent to both of your chosen agents. Once it was highlighted that this was an error from the body corporate management team I had the issue rectified for you immediately and at no additional cost. We then secured a great result for the respective apartment :)
