What I loved the most about dealing with Wayne, is nothing was a problem. I have never bought a unit before, so therefore, I had many questions. If Wayne didn't know the answer, he would get back to me in a short period of time. I never felt pressured, and was treated with respect. I put this down to old fashioned manners and courtesy.
