We had more to do with Luke Eagles. Luke seemed to be the one who always came out to see us and was the one who advised us on what to do. Shame Luke was not there to do the review on we saw Luke 90% of the time
Wayne is so successful I believe because he is so proactive, he had people coming and going from our place at any time someone inquired , we saw how proactive he was when we went to look at other properties to purchase and agents were booking us in a week later , telling us to come to the open home , telling us they were too busy and that's when they answered their phones, I would never get anyone else but Wayne to sell any further homes if we were in the situation again
