I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Wayne to anyone who asked. From the moment we first met him through to the completed sale of our home it was a simple and happy process! He is an approachable individual who has a very straightforward approach to selling your home and is open and honest with all communication from the beginning. We got everything we were promised and more. His negotiation skills are second to none having achieved an outcome above our expectations whilst maintaining relationships on both sides of the fence. He kept us informed every step of the way and we never had to chase him or his team for anything. They delivered on every occasion.
