Wayne and the whole family were incredible. I went into selling blind. I had no idea how it worked, no clear understanding of the industry, I was a complete novice. The whole family talked me through the whole process, they answered every question, they didn’t push me in one direction but gave me options after explaining each. Their knowledge on all aspects of getting the apartment ready, the marketing campaign and the auction itself took so much stress off me, which helped me feel like I was making informed decisions that I was comfortable with. Wayne and Zoe were very professional and accommodating they followed up on everything that was asked of. The handover was effortless, maybe a litttle extra time in explaining Air Conditioner, and kitchen appliances would of been helpful, but in fairness we had the same experience when we purchased a unit through another agent. As to the unit, HUGH great balcony and brilliant views, overall exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Wayne to anyone who wanted to buy or sell, his only flaw he supports the Maroons.
