Wayne and Zoe were very professional and accommodating they followed up on everything that was asked of. The handover was effortless, maybe a litttle extra time in explaining Air Conditioner, and kitchen appliances would of been helpful, but in fairness we had the same experience when we purchased a unit through another agent. As to the unit, HUGH great balcony and brilliant views, overall exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Wayne to anyone who wanted to buy or sell, his only flaw he supports the Maroons.
