Excellent communicator, down to earth, positive and genuine

From my first contact over the phone, Wayne displayed a genuine caring and positive attitude. He really knows his stuff with regard to real estate especially where the market was and is at. I trusted him totally with how he thought we should handle the sale. We spoke about a plan of action and I felt confident that he would get us the best price and in a timely manner which he did.
