My wife & I originally met Wayne Hay around 6 years ago when we were exploring the market and attending open homes. We liked Wayne's relaxed, welcoming and non-pushy style. He was extremely knowledgeable on the area and the homes we were inspecting and allowed us to freely inspect each home without any of the usual sales push or hard sell. But he also knew when to chime in and question us in relation to our level of interest, any questions we had and our buying position. A few months back prior to Christmas I contacted Wayne about "upsizing" our family home as the kids were outgrowing our existing home. Wayne went out of his way and arranged site inspections of land available, obtained builders quotes and provided us with various options to consider. During these discussions I mentioned to Wayne about a "dream home" we had admired for a while now and asked him if it ever came on the market to make sure he let me know. A short while after that Wayne contacted over the Christmas holidays to advise that he was in the process of listing our "dream home" and he wanted me to be the first to know and have the opportunity to inspect before it hit the market. With Wayne's assistance, we were able to secure the home without a "sunset clause", subject to sale of our home and 90 days to sell. Naturally, we engaged Wayne's services to sell our home. From that very moment, Wayne went out of his way to assist us in preparing our home for sale, giving tips and advice on presentation etc. Wayne even spent a full day in the middle of Summer assisting us to lay new turf and trim back the gardens in our preparation for sale. The 90 days were given to sell our home wasn't required, Wayne had a great Contract on our home in just 26 days. Right throughout the sale, Wayne kept us informed every single step of the way,
