I have purchased many properties previously, Wayne and the Premierre Group team would have to be the best agency I have ever dealt with. Wayne is a honest agent who actually enjoys spending time helping me find the perfect house, unlike other agents in the area who seems to be too busy to even answer my questions regarding a property I may be interested in. Wayne makes me want to buy all of his properties as he is good at explaining and outlining the benefits and disadvantages of each property. I love buying through him and will definitely sell through him because of the high level of customer service he provides. I know he would be able to sell any property very well.

In all my dealings as an experienced property investor I have purchased and sold many properties in my career. As an interstate investor I cannot thank Premierre Group enough as they have made my decision to purchase this home an easy choice. I can provide Premierre Group with my highest recommendation and gratitude. Our house had been registered with another Real Estate agency for four months and had very little interest or success, after promises of selling the house within a month. When I engaged Premierre Group I was immediately impressed with their honesty, clear communication and professionalism. Within 10 days the house was sold at the desired price.
