Wayne and his team were very clear about what could and couldn't be achieved by my property. They communicated well and I feel worked well on my behalf.
We had a very difficult situation with 3 executors, who didn't often agree. Wayne skillfully kept the buyer from pulling out in spite of the difficult conditions that one of the executors insisted upon. He communicated effectively with all involved. He even offered to store furniture for the buyer in his own shed. He went above and beyond what we expected. He was always courteous and understanding and professional.
