Very good communicator!

Considering we are 12,000 miles away, Wayne was extraordinarily good at letting us know the latest state of play..after several calls at 2am in the morning! (Even though I have been living over here for yonks, I still get it wrong!!) Between us, we got there in the end! Wayne was brilliant at keeping us up to date with the sale of our land and after, what was really a very short spate of time, managed a good sale for us. He had a wonderful sense of humour which is always a good thing. A jolly nice "chap" as "they" so over here in England! Thank you Wayne, very much, for all your help! Kind Regards' Louise and Peter
